Speaker: Bill Harnen founder of

How To Think Like A Client, Not Like A Professional
Whether at a prospect or at a client, sooner or later we are likely to run
into someone who is wired differently than we are.
Our speaker will be Bill Harnen, who is an expert at helping people
understand how human behavior will enhance their success in communicating
with clients.
This talk teaches people the four different types of personality styles
of
human behavior. It gives the audience a better understanding of how to
talk to prospects at the client's level of communication. Being able to
talk their talk will accelerate your chances of landing the job and even
more important, getting your work successfully implemented. Bill is a
Speaker, Trainer, Personal/Business Coach and a Stress Management
Specialist.
Bill is the founder of Understanding solutions which is a training/coaching
