Matching Assessments to Your Client's Needs

October 12, 2007

How well do you know your clients? Can you map out each of the people you deal with and know how they are wired differently? How well do you know yourself and how to interact effectively with the variety of personalities at your clients?

The speaker for our October meeting is Cynthia Hernandez Kolski . Cynthia is a Communication Coach, Author, and President of Communication Education.

Cynthia will cover the 4 different types of assessments, using the Winslow Assessment as an example. The Winslow is a well-respected assessment used by many motivational and personal development organizations including Franklin-Covey.

The Winslow Assessment:

  • is extremely accurate in identifying the strengths and weaknesses related to personal happiness and career success
  • measures natural personality and behavioral traits and tendencies.
  • will guide you to use your strengths to achieve success
  • will suggest skills to control behavior that can hold you back
  • gives you a program of immediate, continuing and future development to help you overcome weak areas (none of us are perfect) and turn them into strengths
  • is easily completed at your convenience on your PC

And, with the use of the Winslow Reports, as a consultant you can laser focus your training and development with each of your clients.

“Each of us is different from everyone else in this world because of personality. And it's personality more than anything in this world that's going to determine how successful you are in your career and how content you are going to be in your personal lifestyle.” So says William J. Winslow, former corporate president and founder of the Winslow Research Institute and creator of the Winslow Assessment System.

By knowing who you really are — as a result of both heredity and environment — your life will take on more meaning than ever before. This gives you the opportunity to bring your clients to their best potential.
