This was the fourth presentation in a series on understanding the process of change that is gripping our clients, our prospects and ourselves.
Change and leading Change is one of the most complex challenges that any individual and organization can undertake. While there are many different approaches and models that have been developed to take on this challenge, at the heart of every successful change initiative is communication.
In this hands-on workshop we compared two methods for implementing Change: a problem-solving model and a strength-based model, and examine how communication is used in each to create, implement, and sustain Change. The approach cuts through complexity and focuses on practical tools that can be used to create a communication plan that serve as the foundation and catalyst for successful Change.
