Herb Shields started HCS Consulting in 2000 after 30+ years of experience as a senior operations executive for companies including Helene Curtis, Unilever, Alberto Culver, Westinghouse Electric, and Ingersoll Rand. Throughout his career as both a corporate executive and now as a consultant, Herb has assisted organizations in improving their profitability by leveraging their operations activities.

Herb has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and has completed graduate level studies in Business Administration.
