Professional BackgroundMs. Rozansky, founder and CEO of R&A Crisis Management Services is an international speaker, consultant and author with an extensive background in business operations, business continuity, organizational change and communications. She brings more than twenty-five years of business acumen in organizational strategy and growth as well as expansive community leadership to her engagements. For the past 15 years, Ms. Rozansky has worked with disasters first-hand, and has assisted scores of entities prepare for, mitigate, and successfully avoid and/or recover from critical incidents. Her clients have included entities affected by the Okalahoma City bombing, south Florida hurricanes, Chicago flood, California earthquakes and fires, utilities outages, terrorism in NYC, Peru and Colombia, and more. Before forming R&A in 2001, Ms. Rozansky was responsible for developing and implementing the full range of business continuity consulting services for Digital Equipment Corporation, Compaq Computer Corporation and Comdisco, Inc. In the last role, she was a Business Continuity Practice Director, with 35 consultants reporting to her. Committed to the community, she serves on the boards of Chicago chapter of the Institute for Management Consultants (IMC), the Illinois chapter of U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce, the Chicago chapter of Women in Technology International, and Women in Need Growing Stronger (WINGS), a non-profit dedicated to assisting abused, homeless women and their children with housing, career development, and social services. She is also a member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals, the Association of Contingency Planners, National Association of Women Business Owners and Project Management Institute. Ms. Rozansky holds a MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a BA from Purdue University. She graduated with honors from both universities.
