References: "I have known Joe Cavolick for 30 years....I worked very closely with him on numerous legal and business matters.... I found him to be thoughtful, thorough and creative with an open-minded, academic approach to problem-solving that is rare among high-level executives. He also displayed a sense of honor, ethics and integrity in all his business and legal dealings that brought great credit both to his company and himself...." "I have known Joe Cavolick for over 20 years, during which time I have developed a great respect and admiration for him.... Joe is one of the most delightful persons I know. He is honest, hardworking, bright, pleasant and a joy to work with and be with. He has a positive mental attitude and always 'finds the glass half full....' Although he is a strong leader, he functions easily and effectively as a team member, always bringing the best of others to the forefront...." "He came highly recommended to me right at the onset of this project. This project was both fragile, and its success extremely critical. .... I needed someone I could trust....who had intimate knowledge of this market and a person with a very disciplined management style that could be counted on to achieve significant results, projected performance and real deadlines....Very early on, it became evident that we have made the correct choice ....He is highly respected by every member of our organization...." I'd tell anyone considering a move not to try it themselves. It was a complicated move to plan and execute; if not for [your] help, we'd still be moving. |
