Willie L. Carter is President and "Chief Waste Eliminator" of Quantum Associates, Inc. Willie is a Certified Lean Sensei (CLS), Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Effectiveness (CMQ/OE), Certified ISO 9000 Lead Assessor (CISOLA) and has a certificate in process mapping/cycle time reduction from Motorola University. He has 30+ years consulting and work experience in operations and quality management. He currently serves on the Boards of IMC-Chicagoland and the Northeastern Illinois Section of ASQ, and is an adjunct faculty member at the Walter E. Heller College of Business, Roosevelt University. Willie has an MBA from Roosevelt University and a BA in Chemistry from Southern Illinois University.

Willie has completed numerous projects capitalizing on the principles of Lean Enterprise and continual improvement in both the service and maufacturing sectors.
